Verify the model’s current details
Ask the shop to confirm availability and review the exact receiver specifications. Phone integration, navigation arrangements, camera support, and audio connections should be checked rather than inferred from a generated dashboard image.
Make the vehicle compatibility explicit
Factory amplifiers, steering-wheel controls, cameras, and integrated vehicle settings may affect the parts list. Ask what the proposed installation can retain and which functions would change. The dash kit, wiring, and interfaces belong in the same discussion as the receiver.
Compare the complete installed project
A useful estimate explains equipment, supporting parts, setup, and labor. Radio equipment has the shop’s stated one-year equipment warranty; labor coverage is separate. Keep the model information and written coverage with your receipt, and ask how service questions should be handled.
