Build the system around the speakers
An amplifier belongs in a complete system plan. Bring the receiver model, speaker information, and any existing subwoofer details. Ask about channel count, speaker impedance, usable output, and how a Precision Power amplifier would connect to your particular setup. A bigger number on a box does not settle those questions.
Keep processing and amplification separate
The Soundstream BX-10W is a bass restoration processor. It does a different job from the amplifier that powers the speakers and the subwoofer that produces sound. Discuss whether processing addresses your listening goal before adding another component. Your quote should identify each device and its role.
Make the installation part of the conversation
Power wiring, circuit protection, grounding, mounting, ventilation, and signal routing belong in the estimate. Ask how settings will be checked and how to use the system afterward. For a trunk installation, explain what cargo space you need to keep available.
